I Decide For Me Presentation Request

To request the I Decide For Me program, please contact our scheduling coordinator, Charlene Bosley, at charlene.bosley@claritycares.org

Program Information:

6TH GRADE: Our 6th Grade presentations requires 4 periods of approximately 45 – 60 minutes in length to complete. Our program now has homework/parent connection pieces and a program conclusion quiz for assessing standards mastery.

8TH GRADE: Our middle school (8th Grade ) presentations requires 5 periods of approximately 45 – 60 minutes in length to complete. Our program now has three homework/parent connection pieces and a program conclusion quiz for assessing standards mastery.

HIGH SCHOOL: The High School program requires 5 instructional periods of 45-60 minutes in length. We can schedule high school on block schedules. The required time would be 3 blocked schedule periods of 90 minutes in length or 4 periods if the block is less than 90 minutes in length.

Please also plan to set aside time a day prior to and following the presentation for entry and exit surveys.
